Chuch is Jim Knight on baritone guitar and vocals generating unconventional and often 'unmusical' sounds putting these through string of effects and samplers that form unquantised layers of disjointed rhythm and fragmented melody loops that run in and out of phase to create densely textured songs that border on abstract sound environments which evoke the merging of individual consciousness with supra-personal forces (economic systems, social structures, nature, cosmos, divinity) with the odd offcut of mundane narrative acting as an absurd anchor.
